Default Captiva 2013 sport fuel pump won't stop

I'm trying to clear the fuel injector. The process requires turning off the low pressure fuel pump by removing it's fuse or relay.

I do that.. the car still works! Any idea why the pumps keep working even though I disconnect the fuse + relay ?

Are you sure you are removing the correct fuse + relay? If you are then there must be a short somewhere in the circuit.

I'm trying to find if there is any shorts, but yes I'm confident i removed the fuel pump fuse and relay. It still work!
And what worries me, when I turn off the engine it gradually shut down the engine. It doesn't just kills it. It's slow enough that I have 5 or 10 second to return the key to ON position and the car won't shut down or use starter to fire back on.

I've been trying to solve this for while.

The solution to this nuzzle is.. remove the entire fuel system fuse from the cabinet fuse box. I think it's labeled FSI or something... Then the car will run out any leftovers fuel in hoses.
