I heard a "pop" when pulling away and now there is a sound which seems to be a blowing exhaust. Nothing is apparent in the exhaust system that is immediately visible, but when the engine is revved smoke comes up from the engine bay. This makes me think that, if there is an exhaust blow it is at the rear of the engine.

Anybody got any comments?
