Captiva - Unable to watch videos while car is in Ideal Position and Parking break is applied.

Car is well parked and engine is turned off, parking break is applied - after that also I'm unable to watch the videos on the screen. It is showing Can't watch videos while driving.

Please can you help me in this issue for watching videos in my car.

I got the solution for this problem.
solution: In the car settings we can disable hand brake setting, we can watch videos.
