Key getting stuck in ignition seems to be a common problem with Captiva. I have 2014 and key getting stuck. Is GM recalling or giving a voucher towards this expensive fix?

 

I had this issue recently and the dealership said No, there isn't a service bulletin out on it.

Honestly, I have no idea. I had a different shop look into it. All they did was take apart the shifter and make sure the wires we all good and no issues. It hasn't happened since. I think it has been some random that it just hasn't happened again, yet.
