Question water leak on engine oil cooler

After replacing various hoses, a slight water leak persists at the engine oil cooler (part 39 on the first picture). To disassemble and possibly replace it, I have to remove the oil filter assembly. I can't extract the oil filter housing adapter plate (second picture) and afterward the oil filter housing. Who knows how to proceed? Thank you for helping.

I found the solution on Youtube. An Allen six pans wrench is used to unscrew the plate and the housing become free...I hope this can help other forum users
