04 saturn ecotec into 04 cavalier

04 saturn ecotec into 04 cavalier
Can get a heck of a deal on a 2.2 ecotec from a 2004 Saturn to use as a spare for our 2004 cavalier dirt track car. Are they the same motors? I read somewhere that maybe the oil pan would have to be changed and maybe the intake cam. Is this correct or baloney? Thanks
