On my daughters 93 Cavalier, she is having shifting problems. Between 35 and 40 mph the car will shimmy front to rear as if it is trying to find a gear to shift into. I've replace the TCC and serviced the trans as well, it's helped but not totally fixed the problem. Anyone got any other ideas?

 

hm..TCC would have been my first guess with that year/model..

 

Yeah that was my first guess as well. It fixed the problem of the car dieing when you would come to a stop, but the shimming is still there.
