The problem with my passenger window is that it will go down fine but when you try and put it back up it goes up maybe 1/4 inch at a time then stops then you need to wait 20-30 mins for it to move 1/4 inch again..The driver window works great at this point

Anyone have any ideas if this could be the motor or the wiring to the window and if I need to replace the motor how do I go about doing that videos would be great if you have them?
