Default 1998 cavalier z24 , no start?

I have a 1998 cavalier z24 with the 2.4 was running just fine, after our first frost went out to start car it cranked but wouldn't start, pumped gas pedal a lot finally did start but had to keep foot on pedal till it was warmed up to idle , seemed ok then turned car off would just crank, so far replaced plugs, injectors, coils ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and idle air control valve have been replaced within last year, looking for any suggestions at this point Thanks

Fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator is likely the culprit on such an old vehicle. You have any OBD II codes?

Did they disappear? You need to run an OBD II diagnostic scanner your Chevy.again and see whats going on.

Checked fuel pressure and replaced filter all checked out fine , while doing more research was going to try and check the ECM to see if could possibly be faulty , one thing forgot to mention back in july did get stuck on a flooded street and the ecm does sit low in passenger fender

Easy check: pour a very small amount of gas down the intake, try start - if engine runs for a few seconds and quits, you got a fuel supply problem. If engine still won't fire, you've got a spark problem.

Did check fuel pressure also regulator both were good , just put a new ECM in it have to deal with the re learn process , soon as I figure out the best source to keep a 10 volt power supply running to it when I do it , Thanks for your reply

update replaced fuel pump , car still hesitated to start finally pumped it enough and got it running, kept giving it gas till it got warm enough to idle on it's own, took it for a ride and it ran great , brought it home turned off same scenario cranked normal but wouldn't start again , did notice key didn't turn smoothly any possibility of ignition control lock ?? with everything else new out of ideas
