if you can find someone who really and truly understands the electrical system (not easy, I know) see if they'll troubleshoot it for you for a fixed price that you both agree upon in advance.

Have a friend coming by tonite who may have a better understanding than me to look at it tonite , and i'm use to dealing with the couple older cars I own but was still thinking any possibility of the key lock or a ignition control switch that would cause it to crank , may have forgot to mention if you crank it long enough the car will start as long as you keep giving it gas till it's warmed up then it idles fine and run's fine

If it starts hard when cold but runs okay when warm, it's not getting the richer fuel/air mixture it needs when cold. In other words, it's running too lean when it's cold - not enough fuel for the amount of air.
Potential causes: faulty coolant temperature switch (it's not telling the fuel system to make the mixture richer when it's cold); low fuel pressure (did you check it?); vacuum leaks; etc.

Simply put, all engines need richer mixtures when cold - yours isn't getting it.

Remember, you said the problem started after a frost......
