I just bought a 1999 z24, and realized that the high beams are extremely dim compared to the low beams which are very bright. I changed the bulbs but no difference. Any ideas?

 

Do you have fog lights? You can hold the stick at half way and they should remain on. In fact I think both high and low beams should remain on at half way.

 

Looks like the daytime running lights are stuck on... When i try to go to high beams the blue high beam light doesnt not show up.. Just the daytime running light symbol shows up... And i did turn on the lights

Any more ideas?

 

check voltages at the headlight?
