Default 2000 Cavalier P0171 system too lean

hello all looking for a little bit of guidance to get rid of my Check Engine Light!
*FORGOT TO MENTION THE CAR SAT FOR ABOUT A YEAR!*
has a rough idle, when i rev it up when it gets around 3-4000 rpms it hesitates like its hitting its rev limit.
the STFT at idle is at 49%
ALSO
Compression Cylinder #1=160, #2=180, #3=180, #4=160 IS THIS COMPRESSION ACCEPTABLE?
so the outer two cylinders have 160 where the two inside cylinders have their full 180!
O2 bank 1 sensor 1 = .005v O2 bank1 sensor 2=.93v
also Spark advance at idle is all over the place from 6-25 fluctuating Spark advance
any help or ideas would be great! thanks!
ive looked for vacumm leaks but have not found any

Default

since the system uses speed density fuel metering ie no maf....the first place I would check is the fuel pressure. if its low, replace the filter. if its still low replace the fuel pump.

make sure the wiring to the pump has full battery voltage, the ground is good and that the system can carry at least 8amps of current. I plug in a old headlamp to simulate a load. if it lights bright the wiring is ok and the pump is kaput.
