Default 2001 Cavalier - Accelerator Surge

Good evening all.. I own a 2001 Cavalier, 5 speed manual, 2.2 L , and ever since about 90,000, I feel a constant surge, or kicking when I keep a steady foot on the gas, or have to slightly adjust throttle depending on terrain (approx 2 1/2 RPM) . It's most noticeable if i'm going down a hill, and sometimes on level road, but not going uphill. It's does this in all gears. Also taking off from a stop, If I give it a little bit of gas it tends to kick.. as opposed to it's smoothness when it was young... currently has 104,000 miles on it.

Here's some info.

- New plugs - wires
- New oxygen sensor
- New fuel filter , air filter
- Use mid grade gas
- Scheduled oil changes

No check engine lights.. There have been some thoughts of a dying throttle position switch or MAP sensor? Ideas PLEASE. I'm at a brick wall and desperate for advice.
