Hey all new here, need some advice

sometimes when I hit my brakes ill feel like my car is sliding for a quick second then the Service, ABS and Trac Off light comes on

but when I turn the car off for a few mins these lights dont come back on again, then a few days later the same issue will happen again

I not sure whats going on so If anyone can give me ANY idea of what it could be I would be grateful!
