2003 Cavalier Intermittant Start and Intermittant Spark

It turns over but won't always start. I first thought fuel so I replaced the fuel filter. No go. I checked for spark and wasn't getting spark on cylinder 4. I replaced plugs, wires, and the ignition coil that controls cylinder 1 and 4.
Sometimes it will fire right up. Other times it will turn over but won't start. If i jump it, it will fire right up. I am down to the starter, ignition control module, or the computer. Each are over $200 bucks and don't want to waste anymore money.
Any ideas?
