Hello it appears the linkage arm fell off on the driver side part of the linkage under the cowl cover, I notice there are cup type plastic clips that look like they are permanetly pressed in the ends of the arm.

Question is do i need to purchase the whole assembly Dorman #602-217
GM # 19120840,

or do they sell just the arm/or cups needed anywhere
