This is neigbers car, 95 Cav 2.2L Auto 2door.

They bought this car not knowing that it was flood damaged, seller never said anything. When they had title switched they found out.

It was running, but the tranny wasn't shifting properly so they switched the VSS on it, without disconnecting the battery. Ever since then the car will turn over just fine but will not start.

Then they got a used PCM and installed, but I don't think they changed the EPROM. No spark or injector pulse.

Do the 95's have a passlock system that needs a relearn procedure and if so what would it be?? I have found passlock procedure for the 96 and newer.

This may work.
Unhook the battery for a day or so, then reconnect it.
