This past winter, I purchased a 2001 Chevy Cavalier (2.2L Eco-Tec OHV) with 48k miles. The car is in great shape, runs & drives well. My only concern is with the cooling system design on this Eco-Tec engine. I came up with a modification that has worked well for me, which I describe in the attached Power Point slide show. I thought I would share it in case it might benefit other 2.2L Eco-Tec engine owners.
