My question is what are my options other then a new clutch or compressor is there a way to by pass the ac unit all together. Im lookin to keep the car on the road as long as I can while spending the least amount of money...( ha ha isnt everyone)

You can replace the clutch. Or you can go without a/c, but you need a shorter belt. I don't know much about your car so I cannot say if the option for no a/c was available. Look on www.rockauto.com to see if you can find a belt for a car with no a/c.
