Default 97 cavalier horn stuck on

Anyone have a suggestion?I was told it was probably the relay - does that sound right or does the steering column have to be taken apart?

Thanks

The relays are usually under the hood. Look for a black plastic box and when you take off the cover, all the relays are inside. There should also bea diagramshowing which one goes to the horn.

The horn relay is under the dash on the passenger side. Unscrew the panel and look up for, in my case, a white relay switch.

My friends son's 99 z24 did the same and it turned out to be the contact on the ring in the column.
