Default 97' -- Dashboard Light

Small light on the left hand side of the dashboard.

It's red and it looks like a box, with an arrow pointing down to a squiggly line of what appears to be liquid.

I don't have the owner's manual when I bought it from the dealership. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Any ideas? I've checked the transmission, oil, steering, windshield liquid, and coolant and everything appears to be in good condition.
