Well i am back yet again with the same car. 98 Cavalier 2.2L. It cranks ok, little bit of a rough idle. it wants to die but then it idles up and is ok for a few, then rinse and repeat. it will do that untill u turn it off, if u try to drop it in gear it dies just about automatically. Also, it has been wanting to stay running after you turn the ignition off. i have done research and that could b the igniton switch. I am on a very tight budget and need this car to get to and from work, i have nobody that has a fuel pressure gauge, and it does not have the little test port on the fuel rail =[ Changed the plugs today, one had a huge crack in it. But to no avail it didnt help at all.
