About out of ideas.
Long story, not so short, 1997 2.2l, 98k coupe.
Injectors were leaking, replaced with new, also changed valve cover gasket.
Test drive, ran good for about 10 miles then started missing on one cyl constantly.
Drove home, oil leaking from valve cover " grr " identified missing cyl #3.
Getting spark, replace injector in 3.
Still missing, replace spark plugs, both coils and plug wires, cyl 3 is getting fuel.
Voltage on #3 injector + connector is good.
Did compression test on all cyl, all good.
Still runs bad, missing on #3.
Check, recheck, change fuel filter and do pressure check, pressure is good.
Replace cam position sensor, no bueno.
Replace ignition control module.
Test run, missing on #4 now.
Also if I hold the throttle steady around 2/3 it will bog down then back up and keep doing that like a lawn mower that's running out of gas, and it's not the rev limiter, i have to floor it to get that to kick in.

You have of course cleaned the main ground connection from the battery to the engine block, right?
Why did you replace the injectors? Did. you confirm that they weren't working properly. If only one cylinder is missing, just switch injector from another cylinder and see if the miss moves.
All new non-OEM parts are suspect. Cheap Chinese junk, etc. Don't assume that new, non-OEM parts are any good. JY injectors often work fine.
Fuel injector test methods on YT.
My 02 also has a very subtle miss on 3, but the car runs so well otherwise that I'm not going to mess with it. (No. 3 plug went in a little crooked and I'd rather not take the chance of ruining the threads by running a cleaning tap through them.)

Fuel injector probably stuck fully open. All new parts that are not OEM are suspect. If you can't find new OEM parts, source used ones from a JY.
If you bought new, non-OEM injectors they were probably made in China.....
Pull the plugs and see which one (ones) are wet. replace that injector.

Easy way to check injectors: put tip of screwdriver on injector, put ear on end of handle and listen. With the engine idling you can hear them working, or not.
You wrote that you changed the ignition module...did you mean the powertrain control module? If not, that's the next step, maybe try a JY item.
