motor races when put in gear? wont slow. then it corects itself. was noticing that when first started,cold.that it was racing and slowing on take off. then be fine when warm? that was last couple weeks. now on way home tonight after warm it acted like the mat was pushed up on pedal,or spring broke. i put in neutral raced higher then stopped. it took a while but then began to idle normal?-20 below over weekend.with out wind.. then when i put in gear raced again. out in neutral, went back down. could this be a chip or other electronics. it is one of those special motors. everything is waked on it will be 10 degrees tomorrow with sun . but it will be driven at 4 am .any help greatly appreciated. will update at 5 am. thanks
