I think I've done what the owner's manual says as far as removing the two screws that hold it in place. According to it, I should be able to pull it out now but it still feels like something is holding it in place. Anybody have any idea what to do?

 

You need to pull harder, along with the bolts holding it in, there is sort of a snap-into-place lock on the back of the headlight as well.
