2004 Cavalier with a manual transmission, has a new clutch and release bearing about 8 months ago. Last night the clutch pedal was sticking to the floor but returning on it's own. In other words, I would push it down but as I released it, it would stick then slap the bottom of my shoe. Does the pressure plate fingers give the pressure to start to return the clutch pedal? There is no fluid leaking. Any ideas what is a wrong?
