Header OR Manifold?

Header OR Manifold?
I got a 1950 Crosley car i'm putting a 1999 s10 2.2 in. S10 manifold dumps toward rear so i'm using a cavalier manifold as it go's under engine( works great for my app) Is it worth buying a header ? do they flow better the the stock manifold or?

Stock manifold. All you will get with headers is more noise.
