When first happen I remove the battery cables and when i put them back i heard a clicking noise from the dashpanel like a relay and the problem was solved... Two days later the same thing happen but the battery trick did not worked and no clicking noise.. Problem still going on... remove the relay from the inside fuse box and nothing happen, I dont know how to fix the problem, please help asap...

 

i would check your wires for your headlight sytem. try finding a wiring diagram to help. the wires might be split exposing the internal copper wire causing it to short. the short will cause it to stay on.
this is only to help not a 100% diagnosis
if i think of anything else i will inform you
