Just recently I noticed my factory radio stays on after turning the ignition off and taking the key out , however if I turn the windshield power on to high the stereo will turn off (wipers do not come on)everything works fine when truck is running. No work has been done for this to occur. Any Suggestions.Thank You. Its a 1999 chevy tahoe 4 x 4 ,5.7 v8

 

it's supposed to stay on until u open the drivers door. ur retained power accessory module (rap module) keeps it on. or shuts off after 10mins i think.
