Default Iac valve issue

I have a 2002 cavalier bi fuel engine. It threw a code the other day. 107 for iac. Car would not start or idle without foot on gas. Replaced iac then it would idle at 3 grand. Old iac no idle. New iac high idle. At the 4 wires going into iac with test light key on. Dim at 1st wire no light on middle 2 then Brighton last wire. Turn key off then back on now no light on outside 2 wires bright on both inside wires. So I am wondering do I have 2 bad iac valves? Or something in wiring? Please help! Thanks

Default Cavalier all fixed

So I replaced iac valve, tps, etc. none of them made any difference. Always seemed like iac was acting funny. Replaced PCM and now car runs like a dream.
