Identifying a Random Wire Hanging From Dash - 2000 Cavalier LS
Hey!
I've got a 2000 Cavalier LS Sedan. VIN is 3G1JF5243YS130528. I was just giving it a proper clean and noticed a wire hanging down from beneath the dashboard to the left of the steering column.
I don't recall seeing the wire before. It has two sides, one red and one black. The small white terminal at the end has the label "97" on its side. I wasn't able to find anything matching this description during my skimming of the service manual.
Would anybody be able to help me identify what this is for and if I should bother trying to reconnect it? 🙂 I'll attach a picture in the replies when I get a chance.
Cheers!
