Looking for performance programmers/chips for 2004 Cavalier LS.
Hello. I'm a newbie to this forum. I have been recently looking for a performance programmer for my 2004 2.2L Chevrolet Cavalier LS Sport, but they are hard to find and I'm beginning to think they don't exist. I have found a few performance chips and some performance modules that plug directly into your OBD II port and stays installed there until you remove it, but they look a bit questionable. Does anybody know of any high quality, reputable companies that provide equally good performance chips and/or programmers for cavaliers? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
Chips/programmers do work actually. I have family and friends who use them with very noticeable difference. As for a supercharger, my wallet is not that fat. I was looking for mild to moderate performance enhancements without insane expenditures and clunky equipment additions(for now.)
they work; just not well for normally aspirated 4 cylinder engines. Even if you got 20hp (which you will not), its f-all for $400 you will spend. No way a tuner will do better than the vvt version of that engine which puts out 170hp. the tuner sponsor for this site does not make products for na 4cyl...does that tell you anything. let me know how you make out with that.
