Default Need help

Hello, just singed up for the forum to hopefully get some help. I have a 2004 cavalier with an oil leak on the back passenger side of the engine that appears to be coming from a bolt. I have attached a picture and circled the bolt where the oil appears be coming from. I am just trying to identify this bolt and maybe a torque spec, so I can tighten it or if need be replace a seal.

Thanks in advance.

You need to remove it and replace the seal.

What bolt is that?so I know what part to get. Thanks for the info

*edit-I believe this is the timing chain tensioner, is there a way to replace the seal without opening up the timing chain?
