Default Override anti theft?

I just replaced my ignition, how do I override it reprogram the anti theft?

you need to do a theft deterrent relearn procedure. 10minute one if you have a scan tool. 30minute one if you don't have a scan tool that can access the bcm. (10minute relearn is repeated 3x)
if the relearn doesn't work...you need to have the dealer program it. jbody.org a cav forum will have the relearn procedure.

Relearn procedure: Try to start car - when car doesn't start, leave key in ON position until theft light on instrument display goes out (10~15 min, I think) - repeat this process three times - after that car will start and will continue to start normally thereafter.
