Default P0300 diagnostic code given?

I'm having a really hard time trying figure out and pin point what the problem could be. This is what is happening with the car 2003

Sputters
Smoke (white) put put out of the exhaust pipe while driving
Can not get up to speed or accelerate
Car shakes

The readings we got were P0300 and it indicated O2 sensor, Catalyst, Comp and Fuel

We found the 02 sensors. What would you suggest? Can all of these be replaced ourselves? I know the O2's can. What about the Catalyst?, not sure what Comp or fuel is.......

Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you losing coolant? White smoke usually indicates coolant is in cylinder(s). Which, in turn, usually means head gasket is blown, often because of warped head.

you cannot replace catalyst unless you are certified and only if it is damaged. the catalyst is your catalytic converter. it legially cant be replaced unless it is damaged.

Where did you hear that? Anyone can go into any parts store and buy a cat. No one asks why.
