Default R & P for 1993 Cavalier

Trying to find a R & P for a GM "J" car like a 1993 Cavalier. It seems a few other GM cars had them as well?
Center take-off racks are found on 1982 to 1993 "J", "L" and "N" body cars;
Buick Skyhawk, Skylark
Cadillac Cimarron,
Chevy Baretta, Cavalier
Oldsmobile Firenza, Calais
Pontiac Grand Am, Sunbird, J2000

Found a few listed from Cardone. But NLA anywhere? I called Cardone and they claim it's because there are no cores to rebuild. They did say they would rebuild one if I sent one in and it would take 4+ weeks to do.

I put this list together of R & P part numbers.

The only one on that list I can find is the Lares unit. It is a rebuilt unit and very expensive at $500-$1000 depending on where you get it.

Here is a better parts diagram as I need the rubber mounts and the metal straps that hold the rack. The coupling is needed as well.

Seems odd they are not more readily available as Amazon even had a listing for around $150 but I have had it on order for 2+ months now and nothing is happening.
They are hard to find in junk yards if you can even find one. The cars are scrapped out so fast nothing stays for long in the junk yards.

If anyone has one or can point me where to go it would be a big help! This is for a R & P swap into an old 1950's Thunderbird.
Thanks again for any help!
