i have a 91 cavalier radiator fan will not turn on has ground but no power. when i check the plug one wire has ground when i plug it in the motor both wires are grounded so if both wire are being grounded how does the fan turn on? when i hook up a positive wire it turns on but the wire starts sparking so how does it work?
