Exclamation Repeated leak from left inner tranny seal

Hey all,
I have a 04 Cavalier - LS Sport and I had the passenger side CV axle replaced recently. Ever since then, the tranny seal has been leaking slowly.

The mechanic replaced the seal thrice and it springs a leak within 200 miles (1 week).

They seem to installing the seal correctly and I wonder if the axle could be faulty (wrong type/size?).

thanks!

p.s. Mech says tranny case not nicked / seal good. But there is a creaking sound when power applied to axle from stop. Some bush?
