Steering problems

Turning left or right,very hollow noises,and hollow pounding sounds are created,what could this be?
2005 chevy cavalier w/1SV coupe.
Bottom ball joints just changed,57,000 miles.
any help would be appreciated.

Noises coming from front? Does it make any difference if you are on gas or coasting?

Steering Problems

I only tested car,driving in city.
Its at the dealer now,being checked out.
