Trouble with starting

The battery is charged up,starter turns over, I'm getting no spark(already replaced ignition coil assembly) and the compression in ALL cylinders is 30 psi or less. I'm running out of ideals, so yours would be helpful, Thank you

30? I'd ask you to recheck the compression, or is this metric?
