trunk won't open,rear seat won't flip 1997
My Trunk will not open and my rear seats won't flip down? There is a hole where I am assuming a strap, may have been? Just purchased this 1997 cavalier LS. How can I flip seat down, to possibly access trunk from inside? (Is this possibe on this model). Thanks
