Default 76 el camino

first of all just wanna say hi to all i guys. the problem is i have no spark. engine turns over really fast like if it only gives power to the starter and nothing else electrical. Any ideas?

it would suck if it was seeing as how it's new. havent had any time to check the car though.

It wouldn't surprise me though. I've seen my fair share of defective parts new out of the box. The problem is only getting worse as production of parts is outsourced, many times out of the country and quality control suffers.
