Default dual exhaust

Planning on having my stock exhaust replaced. Any advice on switching to a 2.5" dual exhaust with Flowmasters? Do I need to change anything around 1st? Thanks

Thought maybe I might need one of those notched crossmembers like G Force and Summit racing sells?

Dropped it off tonite. It's just the stock 305 now, but it'll be ready for a 350 when I can git er dun. At least I'll get my slight exhaust leak fixed can I'll hear the engine
