Default SBC SWP PS Bracket Problem

Can't seem to figure out why the PS Gear Box I installed is in the way of each of these 2 different PS Pump brackets. Is there a 3rd? The pump may be later than 67 which is the problem?

Try an aftermarket power steering pump bracket. The Chevelle & El Camino frames should be the same, atleast firewall forward. Im running a 632 engine and have zero issues with my power steering pump on my 67 Chevelle. I have the same exact power steering pump you have pictured. Ill check mine out tomorrow and get you some pics.

But with a small block, the engine is physically smaller and the pump will sit lower to the frame. However, in the past I have used a small block power steering pump mount in my Monte Carlo when installing a Big Block in the same car that had a small block originally with no issues as another example.
