Default shift works conversion

I have a 1965 Chevelle SS I am switching from a 4 speed muncie to a 4 speed automatic. My question is I am using a complete shift works conversion shifter and I don't know where to bolt the shift plate down to the floor board. I am thinking the back bolts go where the front and back center console meet. Am I right or please help me find the right location.

I'm not entirely sure about the specific location for bolting down the shift plate in your 1965 Chevelle SS with the Shift Works conversion shifter. However, it's important to be very careful when making modifications like this. You might want to consult the installation instructions that came with the conversion kit. If you don't have those or they're not clear, you could try reaching out to the manufacturer or a professional mechanic who is familiar with these types of conversions.
