Default 57 p/u Air Shocks the answer? Lowered too much

My leaf springs were shot and needed replaced. I had always fancied the idea of lowering the truck a few inches so took this opportunity by using 3" lowering springs in front and rear. The problem is it dropped a smidge more than I want in the rear. I was told that air shocks could be an inexpensive solution. I have no experience in this so would love some advice. And also help finding a vendor. Everything I can find online says it doesn't fit my truck? I would think there'd be a universal fit option? I measured and my distance is appr. 16.75 in as it sits right now.
Thanks in advance for any help.
