Default Identify what motor by engine code is in my truck

I have a 1986 C30 1 ton dually with 4 speed manual transmission. The engine has been changed. The engine code (near w/pump behind alternator) is K1102FSD. I believe it is still a 350, just maybe a marine or other truck engine. Where can I find a breakdown of this motor? There is no manual fuel pump (the mount for the pump is only partially cast in the engine). It has valve covers with center bolts. The spark plugs are straight into the heads.
Thank you.
