Default 2005 cobalt running lean
my 2005 cobalt 2.2 ecotec has a lean code i have done spark plaugs fuel filter cleaned maf replaced intake

if its lean at idle but ok at 2500rpm...you have a vacuum leak...this leak can be anywhere between the maf and intake manifold. check the fuel trim at both speeds
if its lean all the time...check the fuel pressure
