2007 radio problems
2007 Cobalt radio is strange. Turn it on, no sound. On/Off, it works. Then sometimes switches to AUX. Press mode switch, works fine. Basically, its has a mind of its own. Works when it feels like.
Found out other circuits run thru radio. Need help. Not sure if trouble is in radio or wiring. (Bad ground, dirty connection, etc.)

Welcome to the forum.
Not knowing other pertinent data (mileage and condition of the vehicle, repair and accident history, etc.), I'd suspect the radio itself. The radio gets constant power on your vehicle and thus a hard reset sometimes helps. Try removing the radio fuse and amplifier fuse (if equipped) from the I/P fuse block temporarily.
