2010 cobalt LT no low beams
i was about to replace the driver side headlight bulb on my cobalt when i noticed when ever i started my car my lights would just go strait to high beams no matter the time of day. so i replaced the bulb hoping that it would fix this issue but still my car goes strait to high beams. i only have the options auto and high beams. so now i only have High beams.
any idea why this is happening and how to fix it,

the dtr lights run on high beam at reduced power until trigger by the ambient light sensor or manual light switch is turned to manual on.
to confirm, if you move the light switch to manual on...then move the lever to low beams...do the low beams illuminate or is there no light on low beam
